Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, manual brews, and mocktails.
Maintain food safety standards and handle coffee equipment.
Greet and welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
Assist in upselling and achieving sales targets.
Handle guest inquiries and ensure cleanliness of the dining area.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a barista
Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques (e.g., espresso, latte art).
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Prior UAE experience is a plus.
