Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, and customer-focused, with a strong background in food preparation and specialty coffee service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based coffees, smoothies, and teas Create fresh wraps, sandwiches, salads, and cafe-style snacks Maintain quality, consistency, and hygiene in all food and beverage preparation Greet and serve customers professionally and politely Operate the POS system and manage cash/card transactions accurately Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe and kitchen area Monitor stock levels and inform management when replenishment is needed Comply with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations Assist with daily opening and closing procedures

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Barista experience in the UAE Skilled in preparing food items such as sandwiches, salads, and smoothies Solid knowledge of coffee brewing techniques Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) Must hold a valid own visa (freelance or spouse) Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Positive, proactive, and team-oriented personality

Preferred Skills

Experience in latte art and cold brew UAE Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain it)

Additional Information

Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah before joining Language Requirements: Fluent English (Required), Arabic (Preferred)
