Barista
with food preparation experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve various hot and cold beverages including specialty coffee, smoothies, and teas
Make fresh
wraps, sandwiches, salads, and light snacks
as per the cafe menu
Ensure quality, consistency, and hygiene in all food and beverage preparation
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operate the POS system accurately and handle transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and kitchen area
Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations in line with UAE standards
Assist in daily opening and closing duties
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years' experience
as a Barista in the UAE
Must be able to
prepare wraps, sandwiches, and smoothies
Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food preparation
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Own visa
(freelance or spouse visa) is mandatory
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail
Preferred:
Latte art skills and experience with cold brews
UAE Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
