Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and Turkish delights.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a barista or similar role.
Proficiency in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Turkish is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
Competitive salary, with an average monthly salary of approximately AED 2,713, based on industry standards.
Benefits as per UAE Labor Law, including health insurance and annual leave.
