Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled
Barista with a focus on specialty coffee
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of coffee origins, brewing methods, and customer service excellence. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining equipment, and ensuring an exceptional cafe experience for every guest.Prepare a wide range of espresso-based and manual brew coffee beverages (e.g., pour-over, AeroPress, Chemex, siphon). Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, origins, roast levels, and tasting notes. Dial in espresso shots daily, adjusting grinders for optimal extraction. Provide excellent customer service and educate guests about specialty coffee offerings. Keep the workspace clean, organized, and in accordance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and receiving coffee and cafe supplies. Operate and maintain specialty equipment (e.g., espresso machines, grinders, scales. Minimum 1 year experience in UAE.
