Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and skilled

, including proficiency inspecialty coffee and manual brewing methods

Minimum 3 yearsKey Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality espresso-based and manual brew beverages with consistency and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service and engage knowledgeably about coffee with guests. Support teammates and contribute positively to the shop's culture and workflow. Be proactive in identifying areas that need attention, even beyond your assigned duties.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in a specialty coffee environment. Strong knowledge of coffee origins, processing, and brewing techniques. Comfortable with dial-in, calibration, and espresso machine maintenance. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude. Friendly, humble, and professional demeanor. Willingness to learn, adapt, and go the extra mile when needed.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
