Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to a high standard.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area.
Handle cash and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and cafe equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Nauru.
