We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced cafe environment and a strong passion for coffee and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Work as part of a team to create a welcoming, efficient cafe environment
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of barista experience (specialty coffee experience is a plus)
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic English proficiency (Arabic is a plus)
