Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and beverages according to cafe standards
Prepare simple food items (snacks, desserts, granola bowls, etc.) if required
Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and work area
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with stock checking and basic inventory tasks
Work efficiently during busy hours
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista is preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate)
Basic knowledge of coffee and beverages
Good communication skills
Positive attitude and team spirit
Ability to work under pressure
Flexible with working hours (shifts, weekends if required)
