Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages while delivering excellent service and maintaining Jebla's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to Jebla Coffee Roasters' recipes and standards Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently and safely Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas Handle cash, POS systems, and daily transactions accurately Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times Assist with stock management, restocking, and basic inventory checks Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a barista or in a cafe environment (preferred but not mandatory) Knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, and milk texturing is an advantage Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
