We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Baristas in khorfakkan.

Barista

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes. Ensure high-quality coffee preparation and presentation. Take customer orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register. Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed. Provide friendly and efficient customer service. Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred. Extensive knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and a positive attitude. Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Waiter

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables. Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and preferences. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly. Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a cafe Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a positive attitude. Food handling and safety knowledge. Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
