Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and beverages to standard
Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Operate POS and handle cash accurately
Keep the bar, equipment, and work area clean at all times
Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs
Support opening and closing duties
Work closely with the kitchen and service team
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista preferred
Basic knowledge of espresso machines and milk texturing
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle busy service periods
Clean appearance and strong work ethic
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
