Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and filter coffee beverages following specialty standards.
Operate professional espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all drinks.
Educate customers about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment at all times.
Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies efficiently.
Support daily opening and closing duties.
Uphold excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop.
Solid knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and manual brewing (V60, Chemex, AeroPress, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and evenings as required.
