Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of
fresh juices, smoothies, and mocktails
with consistent taste and presentation.
Wash, cut, and process fruits and vegetables while ensuring
proper hygiene and food safety
.
Operate
juicers, blenders, and other bar equipment
safely and efficiently.
Maintain
freshness and stock levels
of fruits, vegetables, and beverage ingredients.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the juice station, utensils, and equipment.
Work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment
while maintaining quality and speed of service.
Suggest and develop
new beverage ideas and seasonal juice mixes

Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a Juice Maker or Barista in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel.
Strong knowledge of
fresh fruit juices, smoothies, and mocktails
.
Attention to detail and passion for freshness, taste, and presentation.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
