Barista / Coffee Juice Maker Job Duties (Own Visa)
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment.
Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent product quality.
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash, card, or digital).
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and customer seating areas.
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies; inform management of shortages.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues effectively.
Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and cafe procedures.
Upsell or recommend menu items to enhance customer experience.
Follow opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, restocking, and cash handling.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
