Job Description
A barista promotes coffee consumption by educating customers by selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; in addition to preparing and serving a variety of exclusive beverages with the possibility of some pastries and cookies. A barista welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs & makes sure all beverage recipes are produced as per agreed standard to ensure consistency & cost control. Services offered by a barista enrich the entire culinary experience and add profitably to a restaurants business module.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist with their beverage and food selections. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils. Ensure all beverages meet quality and presentation standards. Process transactions accurately using the POS system. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with local regulations. Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere for customers and team members.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brews and brewing methods.

Pay: QAR2,400.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
