Roles & Responsibilities

Craft exceptional hot and cold beverages with precision, ensuring each drink meets Flow CaféaEUR(TM)s quality standards and customer expectations.

Prepare a wide range of drinks, including espresso-based coffees, fresh juices, mojitos, smoothies, and milkshakes, with consistent taste and presentation.

Master latte art and drink presentation, delivering visually appealing beverages that elevate the customer experience.

Operate, maintain, and clean coffee machines, blenders, juicers, and other beverage equipment, ensuring all tools are hygienic and in excellent working condition.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Engage warmly with customers, providing friendly service, understanding their preferences, and offering personalized recommendations.

Accurately use the POS system to take orders, process payments, and handle transactions securely.

Prepare light sweets and desserts, such as pancakes and cookies, ensuring quality taste and presentation.

Monitor and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations and product availability.

Collaborate with teammates to ensure fast, efficient service during busy periods.

Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on beverage trends, new recipes, and customer service excellence.

Handle customer feedback professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Promote seasonal drinks, desserts, and new menu items, helping increase sales and customer loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2-3 years of barista experience in a café or restaurant environment (UAE experience preferred).

Skilled in preparing coffee, juices, mojitos, smoothies, and milkshakes.

Strong knowledge of latte art, coffee equipment operation, and cleaning procedures.

Familiar with POS systems, cash handling, and order management.

Basic knowledge of dessert preparation, including pancakes and cookies.

Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain consistency during peak hours.
