Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
Engage customers confidently and professionally
Actively
upsell and cross-sell
(add-ons, upgrades, promotions)
Provide menu guidance and product recommendations
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Handle POS orders and cash/card transactions accurately
Support daily operations and teamwork within the cafe
Requirements
Minimum
2 years' experience
as a Barista (specialty coffee preferred)
Excellent
communication and customer-interaction skills
Strong
sales mindset
with proven upselling ability
Solid knowledge of
F&B operations and cafe workflows
Professional attitude, punctual, and well-presented
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
English is mandatory (Arabic is a plus)
