Job Summary
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Ensure high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and service area.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Handle cash or POS transactions accurately, if required.
Assist with stock control, replenishment, and inventory checks.
Comply with hotel/cafe policies, health & safety regulations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed with a positive attitude.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,400.00 per month
