Maintain high quality, taste, and consistency in every drink.
2. Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences.
Handle customer concerns politely and ensure a positive cafe experience.
3. Cash Handling
Operate POS systems for billing.
Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Maintain correct cash drawer balances at the end of the shift.
4. Cleaning & Maintenance
Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and work area clean and hygienic at all times.
Clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other tools.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Refill and restock items as needed.
Inform supervisors when items need to be ordered.
6. Teamwork
Work closely with the cafe team to ensure smooth operations.
Support colleagues during busy hours.
Maintain a friendly and cooperative work environment.
7. Product Knowledge
Stay updated on new menu items, seasonal beverages, and promotions.
Understand the origin, flavors, and brewing methods of different coffee beans.
8. Hygiene & Safety
Follow all health, hygiene, and food-handling guidelines.
Ensure safe operation of machines and equipment.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards.
