Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments (cash/card), making recommendations, and building rapport with regulars. Beverage Preparation: Crafting hot/cold drinks (espresso, lattes, teas) using specific recipes, grinding beans, steaming milk, and preparing food items like pastries. Equipment Operation: Safely using espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and POS systems, and reporting maintenance issues. Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keeping workstations, equipment, dining areas, and utensils sanitary and organized. Inventory Management: Restocking cups, lids, beans, syrups; monitoring stock levels, and assisting with ordering. Food Safety: Following all health and sanitation guidelines. Essential Skills Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Attention to detail (drink orders, cleanliness). Basic math & cash handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
