We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and skilled
Barista
to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys providing excellent customer service, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with accuracy and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, workstations, and equipment.
Handle cash/point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.
Restock ingredients, beverages, and supplies as needed.
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Assist with cafe opening and closing duties.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-service role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
