Job Description

Yamanote Atelier, a homegrown Japanese concept renowned for its artisanal pastries, specialty coffee, and exceptional guest experience, is looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:



Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to every guest. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and bakery items according to Yamanote standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe and service areas. Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold our brand's reputation for excellence. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience as a Barista in a premium cafe or restaurant. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art is a plus!
