Job Description

The primary purpose of a Barista is to provide excellent customer service in the dealership's lounge or cafe area, offering beverages and light refreshments to customers and visitors. This role enhances the customer experience by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the highest standards of service while maintaining a clean, comfortable space.

?Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. ?Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per customer preferences, ensuring quality and consistency. ?Keep the lounge, cafe, or serving area clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Ensure the area is always presentable and inviting. ?Offers assistance to customers by providing information on available refreshments, special offers, and ensuring any additional needs are met. ?Take orders from customers, process them efficiently, and ensure timely delivery of services. ?Work with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the lounge, supporting any events or special services offered to customers. ?Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.
?Key Accountabilities:

?Provide exceptional service, ensuring all customers receive the best possible experience while in the lounge or cafe area. ?Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest standard and are served promptly. ?Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all equipment and materials are in good condition. ?Manage customer orders efficiently, providing quick service without compromising on quality. ?Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and help support other areas when needed. ?Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in customer service or barista role Clear and effective verbal communication skills Focused on delivering quality service, ensuring beverages are made to specification and the service area is well-maintained.
Experience (Years of experience, Sector, Local /International)

1-2 years of experience in a customer service or barista role Focused on delivering quality service, ensuring beverages are made to specification and the service area is well-maintained. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, such as preparing orders while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
