We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our small coffee shop. The ideal candidate should have good customer service skills, basic coffee preparation knowledge, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to shop standards
Greet customers and take orders politely
Handle the cash register and process payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the counter, machines, and seating area
Refill stock (milk, coffee beans, cups, etc.) as required
Ensure proper hygiene and follow food safety standards
Assist in opening and closing duties
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally
Requirements
Previous barista or cafe experience preferred (but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of coffee machines and drink preparation
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, punctuality, and teamwork
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
