We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, maintain cafe cleanliness, and provide excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely and efficiently.
Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about beverages and menu items.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
Stock and replenish supplies as needed.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and workplace safety.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage recipes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
