We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Barista

to join our team at Saya. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about coffee and customer service, with the ability to prepare high-quality beverages and provide an outstanding cafe experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks, etc.) Maintain knowledge of all menu items and seasonal offerings Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and cafe area Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Support team members during busy periods

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role (preferred) Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly and approachable personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
