CarandX is a fast-growing automotive company based in Dubai, known for its modern showrooms and customer-focused experience. We are expanding our hospitality corner within our branches and looking for a talented
Barista
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, etc.) to customers and staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee area at all times.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and supplies; coordinate with management for replenishment.
Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Assist with occasional hospitality tasks during client visits or company events.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a Barista or in a similar role.
Knowledge of different brewing methods and coffee machines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Good level in English.
