We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled
Barista
who also has hands-on
kitchen/chef experience
to join our growing team at Chai To Latte. If you are passionate about crafting exceptional beverages and assisting in kitchen operations, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, matcha & specialty beverages
Operate coffee machines and maintain beverage station cleanliness
Assist in basic kitchen prep including sandwiches, snacks & smoothies
Ensure excellent guest experience with professional communication
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years UAE experience
in a cafe or restaurant
Strong barista skills with good knowledge of espresso-based drinks
Basic chef/kitchen operations experience required
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Team player with strong work ethic
Own Visa & NOC preferred
