Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and cafe area Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and efficiency Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately

Requirements

Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Barista certification a plus
