Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our cafe team. The ideal candidate should have a love for coffee, great customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Female candidates are preferred for this position



Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages with consistency and quality.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and cafe area.

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take orders accurately and handle payments efficiently.

Assist in stock management and daily operations.

Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a cafe environment.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Positive attitude and team spirit.

Attention to detail and passion for coffee.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
