Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Barista Specialist

with expertise in crafting premium beverages and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty coffee, tea rituals, and luxury beverage presentation--capable of curating

high tea experiences, signature drinks, and artisanal presentations

that align with our brand's high standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve

specialty coffees, teas, and premium beverages

to the highest quality standards. Design and execute

luxury high tea experiences

, including proper brewing techniques, presentation, and pairing with food items. Maintain deep knowledge of

coffee beans, tea varieties, brewing methods, and latte art

. Train and mentor junior baristas and service staff on beverage standards and presentation. Ensure

consistency in taste, presentation, and guest experience

for all drinks served. Manage inventory of coffee, tea, and related supplies, ensuring quality and freshness. Collaborate with the F&B team to develop

seasonal menus and signature beverage offerings

. Maintain a clean and organized barista station, complying with

hygiene and safety standards

. Deliver personalized guest service, engaging with customers to recommend beverages based on their preferences. Stay updated with

global coffee and tea trends

, introducing innovative techniques and luxury beverage experiences.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

3-5 years of barista experience

in luxury hospitality, high-end cafes, or resorts. Proven expertise in

high tea service, specialty coffee, and latte art

. Certification in

barista training, tea mastery, or beverage arts

is a strong advantage. Excellent knowledge of

premium tea rituals (English, Arabic, Asian traditions)

and specialty brewing equipment. Strong sense of

aesthetics, attention to detail, and presentation

. Outstanding

guest service and communication skills

. Ability to

train, mentor, and inspire a team

. Flexible and adaptable to guest needs, with a passion for hospitality. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
