Baristas

for a reputed cafe and restaurant in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and other drinks to company standards. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment with care and precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and customer service area. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain stock levels and report shortages of ingredients or supplies. Handle cash transactions and follow proper billing procedures when required. Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.

Requirements:

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

as a

Barista

in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask during busy hours. Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail.
