Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Barista & Beverage Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of drinks--including coffee, mojitos, milkshakes, smoothies, and other specialty beverages--while also supporting daily operations in the restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with people, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages: coffee, tea, mojitos, milkshakes, smoothies, juices, and other specialty drinks Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages Welcome and serve customers with excellent hospitality Assist in food service when required Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service areas Restock ingredients and supplies daily, keeping the bar organized Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista, bartender, or beverage preparer preferred (training available) Creativity and interest in making new drinks and experimenting with recipes Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic POS handling skills

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
