Barista

to join our team! You'll be the face of our cafe, responsible for preparing high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and keeping the shop running smoothly. If you love coffee and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this job is for you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to customer specifications Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle transactions using a POS system Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times Restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, cups, and syrups Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with opening or closing duties as scheduled Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations Craft and serve a variety of high-quality espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks according to cafe standards Maintain knowledge of seasonal menus, specials, and promotional items Upsell bakery items, snacks, and retail products to enhance customer experience and increase sales Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies; notify manager when items need reordering Ensure equipment (espresso machine, grinders, blenders) is properly maintained and cleaned daily

Requirements

Previous barista or cafe experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player
