We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at Full Cart Group.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about preparing quality beverages, sandwiches and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibility
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea and specialty drinks.
Prepare and assemble sandwiches as per company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment and utensils.
Ensure stock levels of ingredients and supplies are maintained.
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer complaints or requests efficiently.
Follow company policies, food safety and hygiene standards.
support the team in day-to-day cafe operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation and sandwich making.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
strong attention to detail and positive attitude.
Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
