Barista & Sales Associate

Al jurf 2, Ajman, UAE
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, chocolate-based beverages, and other drinks to high standards.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers.
Drive sales by promoting and upselling chocolates, beverages, and gift products.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the shop and coffee station.
Handle payments (cash and card) with accuracy.
Support shop operations, including inventory, stock arrangement, and packaging.
Represent Petrichoor Chocolate with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of proven experience as a Barista and in Sales
(preferably in coffee shops, specialty cafes, or chocolate boutiques).
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing, espresso machines, and latte art.
Excellent sales and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure during peak hours.
Well-presented, reliable, and a strong team player.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
