Job Title: Barista
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / Branch Manager
Department: FOH
Job Summary:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant's beverage station.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices, specialty drinks).
Follow recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency and quality.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.
Ensure beverage station, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized at all times.
Manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients; report shortages to management.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations as per Dubai Municipality requirements.
Support the team during busy service hours and assist with other duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and eager to learn.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

What we offer: AED 4500 - 5000 (depending on expertise)
