Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees
Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
Handle customer transactions and operate POS systems
Restock and replenish coffee bar inventory and supplies
Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Must be available to
start immediately
