Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented

Barista

to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and ensure every drink meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, cold brews, etc.) Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner Take customer orders and handle payments accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstations Restock supplies (beans, milk, cups, syrups, etc.) as needed Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Support in opening and closing duties Assist with training new baristas when required Upsell cafe products and provide product knowledge to customers

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing food service role preferred Knowledge of coffee brewing equipment (espresso machines, grinders, milk frothers) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills:

Passion for coffee and hospitality Latte art skills a plus Basic food handling or barista training certification is an advantage
