We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused

Barista

to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times Greet customers, take orders accurately, and ensure customer satisfaction Educate customers on drink options, ingredients, and customization Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous barista or food service experience preferred, Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Excellent customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality Willingness to learn and follow recipes and instructions Basic math and money-handling skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
