We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled

Barista

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must speak

Russian, Arabic, or Tagalog

and be passionate about preparing high-quality beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista station and equipment Restock inventory and supplies as needed Provide a friendly and welcoming experience to guests Assist with cashiering and handling basic POS transactions Support overall cafe or restaurant operations when required

Requirements:

Fluency in

Russian, Arabic, or Tagalog

(mandatory), with basic English Previous experience as a barista or in a similar food & beverage role preferred Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques Presentable, punctual, and customer-focused Ability to work under pressure and in a team Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
