BARISTA



Bar & Takeaway Services



Ensure all bar and takeaway services are delivered

to the customer accordingly to the operational daily

procedures, specified customer service levels,

employee satisfaction, and HSSE guidelines.

Beverage Preparation and Quality



Control

Adhere to company guidelines for correct beverage

preparation to ensure high standards of quality, and

service in line with jtg operating procedures and

standards.

Store Services and Product Knowledge



Maintain full knowledge of all store promotions,

company services, bar products, and takeaway

menu items to successfully deliver them to all

customers.

4 Daily Shift Duties



Ensure bar area and takeaway counter is sufficiently

stocked, set up and kept clean throughout the

entire shift. Complete all assigned side duties as

required.

Customer Billing and Payment



Processing

Responsible for accurate billing and payment

processing of their customer transactions.

6 Customer Satisfaction Levels



Continually look at understanding evolving customer

beverage and takeaway requirements and

satisfaction levels. Attend to guest special

requirements.

Internal Communication and

Coordination

Work closely with store management and staff to

promote positive teamwork to run an efficient

operation.

8 HSSE & Quality Supervision

Utilise, maintain and clean relevant equipment,

completion of bar checklists to fulfil HSSE

requirements for daily operation.
