Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee, a knack for creating delicious beverages, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing a friendly, welcoming experience to all our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and other specialty drinks. Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the POS system. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the coffee bar and equipment. Ensure all orders are prepared to the highest standards and served in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and food safety at all times. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, seeking solutions when necessary.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of various brewing techniques and coffee equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of beverage quality. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
