Role Overview:

As a

Barista

, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional guest service, and creating memorable cafe experiences in a luxurious five-star environment. You will ensure consistent preparation, artistic presentation, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty teas, and mocktails. Master the art of coffee brewing, latte art, and beverage customization based on guest preferences. Engage warmly with guests, offer recommendations, and ensure personalized service at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area in line with hotel and HACCP standards. Ensure timely restocking of supplies and daily opening/closing procedures. Upsell cafe items, promote seasonal offerings, and contribute to outlet revenue. Monitor and maintain equipment (e.g., espresso machines, grinders) and report maintenance needs. Maintain accurate billing and point-of-sale procedures. Work closely with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Assist with training and onboarding of junior staff as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; barista certification is a plus. Minimum

2-3 years of barista experience

in a luxury hotel, premium cafe, or upscale restaurant. Proficient in using espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other cafe equipment. Sound knowledge of coffee beans, roasting methods, milk steaming, and beverage artistry. Familiarity with HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage. Well-groomed appearance and adherence to grooming standards of luxury hospitality.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
