Barista
with
at least 2 years of hands-on experience
to lead by example and deliver consistently great drinks and service.
What You'll Do:
Prepare high-quality
matcha and coffee beverages
with precision and care
Lead by example in
brewing, serving, and maintaining quality standards
Train and guide junior baristas on brewing methods, ratios, and service flow
Manage daily operations of the bar during your shift (opening, closing, stock check)
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth service at all times
Deliver drinks for both
dine-in
guests and
car pickup orders
Who You Are:
At least
2 years of junior barista experience
in a specialty coffee or premium matcha environment
Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, recipes, and basic latte art
Detail-oriented with a passion for
consistency and customer experience
A
team player
who can lead juniors with patience and clear instructions
Positive, organized, and proactive in solving problems during service
Comfortable working in a boutique environment with a focus on aesthetics and hospitality
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
