Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and beverages according to recipes and standards
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Provide menu recommendations and product knowledge to customers
Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, workstations, and customer areas
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Flexible availability, including weekends and shifts
Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
