Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and basic food items according to Noon standards
Operate coffee machines and maintain consistency in quality
Handle customers professionally and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation at all times
Manage stock and assist with daily opening/closing duties (Senior/Mid-level roles)
Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista (mandatory for Senior & Mid-level)
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
Good communication skills
Presentable, punctual, and customer-focused
Ability to work in shifts
Must be currently in Qatar with valid documents
