We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, maintain high hygiene standards, and contribute to a positive cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and work area
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Assist with stock monitoring and replenishment
Support team members during busy service periods
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Barista (coffee shop or cafe experience preferred)
Knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and milk texturing
Good communication skills in English
Customer-focused attitude with a friendly personality
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Education & Skills:
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Team player with attention to detail
