Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming cafe environment. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee-based drinks, handling customer orders, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment Maintain cleanliness of workstations, seating areas, and equipment Handle cash register operations, POS systems, and process payments Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, pastries, and other cafe supplies Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines Provide product recommendations and engage with customers Assist in opening and closing procedures of the cafe

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and cafe operations Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to stand for long hours and lift small to medium-weight items
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
